Modern nursing is a dynamic, therapeutic, and educative process in meeting the health needs of the individual, the family and the community, nursing is one of the health professions which functions in conjunction with other health care agencies in assisting individuals, families and communities to achieve and maintain desirable standards and maintain desirable standards of health.
It is the requirement of a district where there is no much courses in nursing persist and while the standard of nursing and its requirement worldwide is increasing sharp and steadily.
It is the objective of Yashodeep Bahuddeshiya Samajik Va Shaikshanik Sanstha, Osmanabad Sanchilit Dr.Shivajirao Ghogare Institute of Nursing, Osmanabad to provide care providers to a standard of excellence which embraces fundamental principles of good care practice, and that this may be witnessed and evaluated through practice, conduct and control of quality care in the through internationally approved courses. It is a fundamental ethos that those service providers who live in the society trained from Dr.Shivajirao Ghogare Institute of Nursing, Osmanabad should be able to do so in accordance with the Values of Nursing profession.
Staff will be responsible to the individual needs of students and will provide the appropriate degree of standard to assure the highest possible quality of educational in the college.
To meet the student’s needs the staff and the management service within the campus is designed the achieve the following objectives:
1. To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the service users overall quality of education. In this respect the students are designed to meet the requirements of a recognized accredited quality standard (The International Council of Nursing, The Indian Nursing Council, The Maharashtra Nursing Council, and Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik).
2. To ensure that the students are delivered flexibility, attentively, and in a non discriminatory fashion while respecting each service user’s right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfillment, and to take risks.
3. To ensure that values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexually and sexual orientation, political affiliation, marital status, parenthood and disabilities or impairments.
4. To ensure that the service motivated and facilitated by our institute products in the whole is delivered in accordance with agree standard.
5. To manage and implement a formal program of staff planning, selection, recruitment, training and personal development to enable service user care needs to be met.
6. To manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximize value for money for the service user.
